OK, you kings and queens of myspace

I finally decided to get a page of my own going, and wanted some input on what kind of interesting stuff I can put on it...(this is a personal page and i'm not hawking a product or a cause)...I want to put some good info on my page that tells people about me, but not the kind of info that would get me fired from a job someday....any suggestions??

1. Some suggestions...

use pimp-my-profile.com to krunk your site (i.e. make it look nice) for starters. There are many other sites similar to it. Just google MySpace generators and find one you like. Watch for popups, they all have popups. Some hints: Dont use glittered comments, it makes it look like a fifteen yr old put it together. Second, you can post just about any picture or music you want. MySpace has a music link you can search for a song you like to link to your site. Be sure to add me, Haleys_Daddy (or Haleys_Dad, I forget) once you get it all together.

2. I have several videos on my page

just some stuff from youtube that made me laugh plus some pictures of things that I enjoy. I don't think my page is scandalous enough to get me fired one day, unless I decide to get a job with the Heritage Foundation. http://www.myspace.com/revsmitty

4. Keep it simple.

Browsing profiles, I've seen some pages that are so cluttered to death with animations, music and videos that loading takes forever. I've kept mine basic with the same look yours has now.

As for content.... Please, please, please, don't put on music that plays when someone visits the page.. Some of us have people that are sleeping in the same room while we are dorking around on the Internet.
