I found the recycling bin culprit
It was the wind. Our neighbors watched it get blown away last week, rolling and tumbling merrily along towards the town square, they told us when we asked to use theirs today. I don't know who has it now or where it ended up, but, I am going to put our address on the new one.

1. Your neighbors watched your bin blow away, didn't bother to grab it for you,
and never even mentioned it? :eyes: I'd say it's time to put some freakishly big and out-of-tune wind chimes on that side of the house...

2. Well, in their defense
They are just moving in and didn't know it was ours, still it would have been good of them for their son to catch it and ask around for the owner.
