Let's see . . we'll stretch your tapezius muscle a little with a neck to shoulder stretch . now we'll stretch the levator scapula by helping you stretch it .by putting your hand straight over your head and pulling it forward at about 45 degrees each side . . Now I'll petrissage those muscles a little . . . okay there you go.

If you're sleeping on your side, try putting a pillow or a warm body between your arms. That keeps your shoulder area from twisting all night. If you're sleeping on your stomach, you need to stop that, it's the worst thing for your neck. If you're sleeping on your back, and you're still waking up with a sore neck, you're probably spending too much time on the puter.
