All these baby posts are making me feel old
It's starting to really hit home that I'll never go through having a baby again and it's sad to let go of that stage of my life.

1. I feel that way sometimes. And I'm not old at all, just not having any more babies.
The loss of a possibility is never a good feeling, even when it's something we've chosen and are pretty comfortable with.

2. Don't be sad.
Just remember the projectile vomiting, runny diarhhea, baby screaming endlessly at 3 AM!
Works for me!! ;)
I possibly could still get preggers but I will never do that again! No way in hell!
But I'd enjoy borrowing my grandkids, if I ever get any!

3. My dear Connonym...
I'm sorry to have contributed to your sadness...

I remember wanting a third child so intensely that I would dream about it...

And it was always the son I hadn't had...

It is sad letting that dream go....

Over time, though, you will...

4. Oh, no worries. I love hearing about babies
I certainly don't want anyone to not talk about them. I just wish someone would let me hold one of them!

7. Maybe you could
volunteer at a preemie hospital or a day care center?

5. I've never given birth, and I know I won't now.
I have to work at not thinking about it. The thing I'm saddest about in life.

6. All these baby posts are making me GLAD I'm old.
I wouldn't go through all that again if someone told me that they could make me 25 again if I'd just have another baby.
