I can't speak for all men, I can only speak for myself, but my understanding is that men in general are visually oriented, where as women tend to be tactile oriented.

Men, at least straight men... well, at least me, anyway, are aroused by the the shape of the female body.

That means that men don't see two women 'doing it' as a lesbian couple. They just see two women.
