A musical confession: I have less soul than everyone
Except Rod Stewart. And Rick Astley. But mostly Rod Stewart--totally soulless.

1. What about Michael Bolton? Do you have less soul than he does?

4. That's a non sequitur--"Michael Bolton" simply doesn't exist
I can't have less soul than someone who doesn't exist.

But if he did exist, then yes, I would certainly have more soul than he would have.

3. I saw Toots & The Maytals last night, and lemme tell you
Reggae got soul. I swear that man is vying for James Brown's former title - he danced and sang on stop for almost 3 hours and was amazing. I'm half his age and had trouble keeping up!

8. yeah, I love them too. I recommend the show if they come to your area
he played a lot of great songs.

Pressure Drop, Reggae Got Soul, Country Roads, Monkey Man, Time Tough, Louie Louie, a 23 minute long 54-46 Was My Number encore, and some others that I am forgetting right now.

Have you heard The Aggrolytes? They're a newer reggae/soul band that is in the vein of toots and are amazing.
