OK, how realistic is it to show a cat riding in a car calmly and actually enjoying it??? :rofl: I have never known a cat to do this voluntarily. I had cats growing up, and all of the cats we had would have been yowling and freaking out in a car unless they were under the influence of kitty drugs. :rofl: The cats I've known since then are just the same.

And forget about taking the cat to a movie. :rofl:

1. A friends cat (now dead) loved to ride in the car! Sham would stand and look out the window

with his front paws on the door handle so he could see the world go by. He usually went to the bank drive through on Saturday mornings! :)

2. I've had a few cats that liked to ride,

but my present spoiled boy just isn't into it. Besides, I don't recall a commercial for anything to do with cats that had a guy in it.

4. Had a couple cats who LOVED car trips

Made a 1400 mile trip and they were good as gold the whole way.

6. There are two ways for cats to look at riding in a car.

1. They are prisoners, being taken to their deaths.
2. They are being chauffeured around town.

Cats cool enough to take the latter view are no trouble.
