I saw a bumpersticker: "National security MUST begin in the womb". WTF?!

I thought, "Okay - anti-abortion, I can live with that. You're an evil fuck, but I can live with it." And then I thought, "National security - okay, again, it's a hotbutton issue because I think we should have security, it's a practical idea, but the way we are doing Homeland Security (with the capitals) is evil and wrong. But, again, I can live with it if you support national security, because hopefully we all do."

But then I tried to put the two together, and I thought, "What the fuck do they have to do with one another?" We should be anti-abortion so that we have more children to send to war to "protect us" at home? That's not very Christian. Was the jackoff trying to say that abortion is as bad as terrorism? How does abortion in any threaten national security? How does national security in any way depend on not aborting?

Or was it not an anti-abortion thing at all, but maybe a plea that we begin to teach hate and xenophobia to our children while they are still in the womb, because waiting until they're in second grade might lead to them being liberal?
