Life is bizarre in the most BANAL ways sometimes. I'm making kosher bacon bits; ask me anything.

We're going to a Passover Sater tomorrow night; Sweetie and I
were asked to contribute the salad. So, in addition to
making some homemade dressing, I'm making some fake bacon
bits to go with it.

Normally, I use some Worcestershire Sauce for this, but
I was reading the label tonight and noticed "hydrolyzed
corn protein", so I left it out...

And it suddenly struck me: I'm altering my fake BACON recipe
because CORN products aren't kosher for Passover.

I really can't quite put my finger on it, but somehow,
in some way, that's pretty fucked up right there!
