4. Health is Wealth
You can recover from all of those. They suck, but not as bad as, say, finding out you have two weeks to live.

Peace to you.

5. Release your anger

Hate keeps a man alive! (According to Jack Hawkins in Ben Hur, anyway)
Sue the b*tch for palimony! Make sure you get enough to pay for a new car.
While your lawyer is hot send her out after that other driver too.
Perhaps it will pay for the house.

Sending some white light and wishing you coping strength.

13. Very Awful ! You survived the collision, you survived the poisoning,
and believe me you will survive the cheating partner, and will be better off without him/her down the road a bit.
Pick them up and lay them down (your feet that is) as Maya Angelou would say, and be kind to yourself. At times like this accidents happen, and poor judgment runs rampant.
It will pass and you will be on the road to being a helluva lot stronger and wiser.
Sell the house if possible, or take in a tenant.

14. You've got noplace to go but up
because it sounds you're as far down as you can get.

File the insurance papers, figure out what poisoned you and why, either forgive your partner or demote him to "just roommates," and be sure to get yourself tested over the next six months.

If you didn't have rotten days, you'd never be able to recognize the good ones.

15. OMG you poor thing.
The car wreck and food poisoning suck, but a cheating partner is the worst. So hard for a relationship to recover from that - best of luck to you!

16. Now you're all set for at least a year!
Things always come in a series of 'three's'.
Your slate's clean for another year, at least!
Congratulations on the new house! That's great!

17. Positive and healing thoughts headed your way!
You will work your way around these challenges with ease!

I remember one week in which my spouse had to go unexpectedly to Texas, a drunk hit me and destroyed my car, the accident causing a major road to be shut down, and we had a 100-year rain that blocked me from leaving my community for several days (I was later let go from my job probation because my boss doubted my story). Believe it or not, I now shake my head and laugh when I remember it. I wouldn't have my daughter now if it hadn't all happened, because I wouldn't have gotten the social services job and learned about adoption. Things turned out for the best.

18. Jeeezus, moving is bad enough
My wife and I survived the big move 7 years ago, but I don't think I could have handled sickness, a car crash and a marital infidelity.

I hope you beat out the other guy for a promotion, at least.

19. When you've had the worst, that's the bottom--which is about
the only damn thing good about having the worst.

Hope you have good car/health insurance and can let go of the cheating partner, and can figure out what to do with the house.

Things will look up...hang in there.
