Safety pins are a pain. Anyone ever tried velcro or double-sided tape? What would really be nice though is if you could readily get clothing that properly fits. Most of the time to get a top that fits in the chest I end up having to accept that it looks like a flipping maternity top because it's so big elsewhere.
