Saved by the blind trust of a child
In the floor of my closet this morning (no comments on how messy that means my closet is) two of my sons stumbled across the packaging from some of their Easter basket stuff. My sister and I broke up a set of something to split action figures among our boys so we didn't need the box.

Needless to say, my two kids are happily playing away with the box and accepting the story that their aunt left it here months ago when she bought their cousin his birthday present. If I had a dime for every time I almost screwed up the Santa, Tooth Fairy and Easter Bunny myths I'd be a wealthy woman.

It makes me wonder if my kids will ever become successful critical thinkers. :)

1. No, but that's okay.
The world needs un-critical blind faith idealists. j/k

I'm sure they'll be fine. Now if they get to be 19 (like my youngest brother) and still believe in Santa, you've got a problem.
