Who was that dog on Saturday Morning cartoons who would point to his mouth for a treat. When they gave him one, he would float into the air, hugging himself and then flutter to the ground like a leaf?

He came in several incarnations for different cartoon shows. He was also known as Mumbley. Had a really irritating raspy snicker.
