My best friend died yesterday, and I will surely miss him.
____________________....Marsball...The Master Showman, is no longer of this
earth.
Many of us expected this to happen about a half a dozen times over the
last
couple of years. But Bob passed in a way none of us
expected.....naturally.
Over the last thirty years or so Bob had established himself as
respected
musician, friend, and one of most memorable characters that any of us
will
ever encounter. I sure he pissed off as many people as he endured, but
at
the end of the day....he has left an indelible impression, good or bad,
on
everyone he made contact with.
I'm sure those two girls from _______________ will never forget the character
they
encountered at ______________________ that dark night many years ago. With
the
whispered promise of "Honey, eatin ain't cheatin", their lives were
forever
changed.
My life has been enriched and enraged due to my long standing
professional
and personal friendship with Bob. We shared many common bonds....the
love
of soul music, intellectual wordplay, a stiff drink and the ability to
laugh
long and loudly due to a shared sense of humor that was slightly
twisted
to
say the least.
Through all the ups and downs in our lives, we maintained our
friendship
and
trust...not to say that friendship and trust wasn't tested at
times...to
the
end, Bob was my BEST friend. And he'll always be my BEST friend. Rest
in
peace, Go with God and ________________________, and save me a place at the bar.
You'll be sorely missed by everyone you knew.

kind words and condolences.

bobby was truly one of a kind...he would play the piano and sing songs all night long.

your friendship and kindness mean a lot to me as we all grow closer together through this experience of the cyberworld known as du.

my life is richer for this place. you have educated me, consoled me and broadened my horizons on so many levels and for this i thank you and love you all.

21. Losing a friend is so hard!

I lost my best friend 10+ years ago. From my experience, you never really get over it, the pain is always there. Hopefully, you can re-direct the pain into positive energy.
