7. I thought we were discussing this generation, not Gen-X or Y, but,

in fact there were a few groups that were interesting, although not quite up to standards from the 80's and 90's. STP, Temple Of The Dog(although technically they were more loaners from other bands and only put one album out) and early Pearl Jam. I don't mind listening to some Pantera, but other than that, it's mostly dull, pedestrian, all in all uninspiring.
