13. That's edited big time
Notice how when Mario jumps over the fly traps coming out of the pipes he doesn't clear them all, he ends up touching them but stays alive. I played that game a million times in my youth never saw that happen before. I took a look at some other youtube like contra and the same editing done.

6. Personally, I'm a fan of

Voyager...one of the most unsettling villains I've seen in a game. Makes Sephiroth look like a carebear. You need to know his backstory to understand why he's so scary, but trust me. He is.

Also...
I'm a big fan of Pokey from 'Earthbound'...personally, I think he's the most creative video game villain ever. Who'd ever suspect the local fat kid of becoming the right hand man to the Galactic Overlord Giygas??
