I have a sibling that lives in Alaska. Do you know that most old/dead refrigerators don't make it to the dump? They're apparently very handy to retrofit as smokers.

Once upon a time I sat down and did a line-by-line drawing that portrayed the entire history of life. It took months to research and execute. Every line in this drawing shows a geologic age. It starts out in the Pre-Cambrian at the top and ends up with the modern day world at the bottom, complete with a lobe-finned fish driving an ‘Evolvo’ car in the lower right hand corner. This one is printed on the back of the shirt and fills it up completely.

My husband caught one about the same size on that trip. We were definitely set for the year. :) This is a king, of course, Which salmon are running in Southeast this time of year? I know you'll have a great time, and as I said, it's spectacularly beautiful down that way.
