tonight I was excited. Like it was the effing Superbowl or something. In fact, I purposely stayed home to watch so I could be online and make comments in real time. I brewed up some coffee and was hitting the walls.

I mean I could see getting amped for a final presidential election debate, or like a national convention, but it's a primary debate almost a year and a half away from the GE. My nerdliness is humbling. And to think, I used to be kind of cool. If only my old sports and party buddies could see me now. Oh how the mighty have fallen. I'm like a young David Broder.
