Sick as a DOG. (TMI warning!!)
Throwing up since 9 am. Sorry if TMI.
Went out drinking last night; had a bad reaction with my monthly female medication (BC); and boy.
I just wanted to die until about two hours ago.

Sheesh.

Well, now I have a good reason to join my husband in his abstaining from alcohol. We will have wine with meals. That's it.

:hangover: :hangover: :hangover: :dunce:

2. I'm sorry you've been feeing so awful .
I never drank much, because I hate "driving the porcelain bus", as my husband calls it.
A little wine to relax, and because it tastes good.
I hope you are on the road to recovery. Can you keep sips of water or gatorade down? Don't get
dehydrated!

4. I did..
..then I didn't (keep it down)..then I did....keep your fingers crossed.
Thing is; I used to be able to drink quite a bit. I just hit that "getting older" wall a bit hard. Duh, again.

Flat sprite is working at the moment.
Thanks...

6. Thanks.
Trying to exhaust myself. It seems that my body likes to keep me awake as it processes the alcohol. Wierd.

7. my brain likes to keep me awake
as it processes alcohol. If I try to go to bed, it always turns into the whole room spinning thing. I'd much rather try to stay up than "go for a spin." :D

9. If I'm spinning..
I'm in baaaaaaaaaaaaad shape.
No spinning last night; which is why I think it was a reaction. I wasn't really drunk exactly. It's very strange.
Yes; I will go sit in the bathroom until the spinning stops. nothankyouverymuch.

10. maybe
it wasn't drinking or a reaction, but a mild bout of food poisoning.

Anyway, whatever it was, I hope you continue to feel better.

11. Do you think you heaved up the BC med?
Just asking. I know that missing one ain't no big thing but if the tummy sickness continues, something to think about. Not like you're in the mood anyway.

14. Heh.
Um...I'm on the nuvoring; which is supposed to be the lowest dose you can have.
I guess we are going to have to find some other way to avoid pregnancy....
Thanks.

16. I dunno..
but in all seriousness; husband is quitting; so it would be easier if I just joined him in the effort. I really like wine just as much; and we agreed wine with meals was fine. It doesn't tend to be a gateway for either of us anyway.
Heh. We will see..
Famous last words and all.
