1. No, but Rachel Ray will have to adopt me first!
I'm cute, fuzzy, begs on command, and likes to pet! :D

2. No, but be sure you have plenty of Lipitor on hand....

Paula's Fried Butter Balls Recipe courtesy Paula Deen
Show: Paula's Party
Episode: Everything's Better With Butter

2 sticks butter
2 ounces cream cheese
Salt and pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Peanut oil, for frying

Cream the butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper together with an electric mixer until smooth. Using a very small ice cream scoop, or melon baller, form 1-inch balls of butter mixture and arrange them on a parchment or waxed paper lined sheet pan. Freeze until solid. Coat the frozen balls in flour, egg, and then bread crumbs and freeze again until solid.

When ready to fry, preheat oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F.

Fry balls for 10 to 15 seconds until just light golden. Drain on paper towels before serving.

11. I think that would help one relate
I really don't like Paula all that much...she's a bit much for me with all that down home appeal. It's not meant to be offensive but she is kind of like the typical Southern Belle and that's not really my thing.

I like Giada, I am Italian and can relate, and I love Rachael...she's goofy, silly, loud and a bit annoying just like some of my relatives...I can relate to both of them so that's why I like them.

Make sense. :)

29. She annoys me too.
Savannah is my home town.
No one in that town cooks or eats anything like what she cooks.
I look at her show as a commercial for the tourist industry in Savannah.

24. That's what Paula reminds me of.

She acts like she'd invite a total stranger to sit down for supper, and treat them like royalty in the process.

26. My best friend's mother is from Georgia.
She's never met a stranger. Every time I visit her she makes me carnation boiled pudding, fried hot dogs w/ cole slaw and tons of sugery iced tea.

I need to make another visit.
