This is from Head of the Charles weekend in Boston, a long lost weekend that involved a lot of drinking, watching some serious fistfights in Harvard Sq, and me crawling across the floor of Au Bon Pain waiting for the bathroom, drunk, hehe...Boarding school brats, we were. :D

My family and I going horseback riding through a Redwood forest, near Orrick, CA. We were attacked by a large Roosevelt Elk, about halfway through the ride.



Hard to see, because the redwoods block out most all of the sunlight, but my son and I are standing in front of a giant redwood, maybe two feet off of the road, on the Avenue of Trees.
