| Just finished Pillow Talk--poor Thelma Ritter! |

Pillow Talk was her sixth Oscar nomination, and instead of going to the ceremony, she held an "Come and Watch Me Lose Again" party at her home!
Needless to say, she did lose again.
What a character--I love watching her on screen.

SUCH a great actress. Her death scene in "Pickup on South STreet" is one of the greats.

By the way "Pickup on South Street" will be out on DVD (finally-F***
Fox Classics) in Feb by Criterion.
