Oh, THAT'S why!

I just figured out why my 4th grade teacher vetoed my plans to have "Cryogenics and Suspended
Animation" as my Science Fair experiment.

Wise woman... Very wise.

Skeleton Seen Sticking Out of Iceberg Drifting by Coast

Photographs taken late last month by a retired couple in Newfoundland have stumped marine scientists, showing what appear to be skeletal remains sticking out of an iceberg drifting near the coast in Bonavista Bay, near Newtown.

It appears that there may still be tissue on the bones, but marine mammal scientist Garry Stenson says determining how long it has been dead is difficult due to the preserving nature of the ice. Others think is may be a walrus, seal or beluga whale.

As of Monday, the location of the iceberg and the state of the remains are yet to be known. A friend of the couple sent the photos to the Fisheries Department, vouching for the quiet couple. She said, "Not everybody wants their 15 minutes of fame."
