Apple's Mac market share on the rise

Apple’s MacBooks are continuing to show strong growth in the industry as the company’s notebook share jumped almost two percent in May, according to market research firm NPD.


Apple’s MacBook and MacBook Pros rose from 12.5 percent in April 2007 to 14.3 percent share of the market in May 2007. While the desktops didn’t make out as well, they still rose from 10.2 percent to 10.4 percent over the same time period.

I don't want to have to buy more stuff to continually "maintain" a functioning system.

I own a iMac and as soon as leopard is out I'm going to buy a Mac Book.

5. I have a Mac at home

and a PC @ work, and I think the PC is a piece of crap! It is slower, more ungainly, and much less intuitave than the Mac.
