Heeehee... watching "To Catch a Predator"
on MSNBC.

I don't now why, but I love this show. These guys are just such idiots.

1. Is Viagra still one of the sponsors?
I was surprised to see their ads the last time I watched that show. It seemed so wildly inappropriate.

4. LOL... no
but I had a friend who used to crack me up. I used to chat on a gay discussion board years ago, and my friend would come over, log on as a 16-year old, and let me see who PM'ed him. It was a lot of guys I "knew" online, but never suspected they were such pervs.

Edited on Tue Jun-26-07 12:15 AM by NYC Liberal
here in New York. It was near NBC Studios, and I was gonna go up to him but didn't.

I wanted to have him sign an autograph with, "Take a seat..."

9. Here's what I don't get...
at what point do they ask the guy to sign the release to show his face? I've never seen one blurred, and as far as I know they'd have to sign something, right? Hmm, maybe it's some kind of extortion thing.. they won't report him to the "real" cops if he signs away his likeness...

10. I'm not certain
but it seems like they get a reduced sentence if they agree to appear on the show. I saw a behind the scenes show and I remember some perk along those lines.

11. That makes sense...
Kinda creepy, but it does. What's the charge? I mean, to be fair to the pederasts (Eight year olds, Dude) they haven't "done" anything yet.

12. they don't have to sign a release
breaking the law and getting arrested makes them subject to public disclosure.

14. Thats right
In some states it’s illegal to chat about sex with a minor. Trying to meet is an additional charge. These people really have a terrible problem and some are on the show twice or more. It is sick what they say to youths.
What I don't understand is how they can prosecute them when they aren't chatting with minors. They think they are but still they are chatting with adults posing as kids. I'm glad they are getting these pervs though kids shouldn't have this kind of problem.
:spank:
