1. The Politics of Fear was pretty good
As an attempt to unite humanity, some secretive power-brokers turn Robert Culp into an "alien" via plastic surgery, and then arrange for him to land on Earth outside a city. He then scares the locals into believing there's an alien invasion. Thing is, the transformation process makes him less human...

6. There was one episode where a schlub wishes for absolute power
for life, people obeying his every command, and deferring to him as absolute leader.

He was changed into Hitler in the bunker, ca. 1945.
