Don't jump in the water until you know how deep it is.
Where I live, this guy jumps in the river yesterday and broke his back. He did it right after I floated by. There were all sorts of emergency vehicles and a helicopter buzzing around over the scene. The water is low this year and there were no signs posted. Right before the 4th of July a guy jumps off a bridge just down the road and dies....low flow! Please be careful where ever you are this summer.

At least go feet first, I don't know how many times I've watched news stories of someone diving in to shallow water and breaking their neck.
