I was just watching the news, and he told a woman reporter that he wanted to kiss her. :wtf:

Alcohol?

1. yeah...

he was pretty sloshed after a game and being interviewed by an attractive woman. He was in a good mood, but a bit boorish - said he wanted the kiss the interviewer.

4. This was about month ago...

And being sloshed at a football game doesn't mean one has an alcohol problem. I have no clue if Joe is an alcoholic, but I wouldn't infer that he does based on this one thing...I'd have to see more.
