Saturday Confessions- post 'em if ya got 'em

When I woke up at the dawn's crack this morning to prepare for the day I saw a lonely cigarette that I guess my brother left on the table. I stared at it the whole time my coffee was brewing. I stared and stared...

I used the toaster to light it and slinked off to the porch with my coffee. I smoked the cigarette as the sun peeked through the morning haze.

It didn't taste so good, but I can't say that I didn't enjoy its nasty flavor.

I'm not calling this failure. I will use the "backslide" term and continue to say I stopped smoking on 7-8-07.

1. No confession per se...

but a :hug: for you my fellow quitter. Six months today for me. I cheated once - took a drag off a smoke at my brother's wedding when the best man asked me to hold his smoke while they took a picture. It tasted horrible! I smoked Nat Shermans and this was a Marlboro Ultra Light.:puke:
