legal offenses when I was going to school in Santa Barbara (which was last year, hehe). Most everybody rides bikes to get around and a large number of those bike riders get wasted and get on their bikes to go home.

9. Yes, and here's a tip:

If your front wheel is making a scraping sound, don't try to correct it while you're cycling by kicking it. The chances of you staying on the bike, if you're drunk, aren't very high. The chances of the front wheel staying straight aren't good, either. :(

14. When I lived in Virginia Beach, we used to ride our bikes down to

the bars so we wouldn't "drive while intoxicated."

We were riding home one night and my roommate turned up the wrong street. We yelled at him, "Sean, where are you going?" As he turned to look at us, he ran right into a garbage can that a man was pushing out to the side of the street.

It's a good thing my friend had been drinking or he could have been seriously hurt!
