The matrix, bad programming and us...
first right off the bat, I have to say, I never really understood the problem the main characters had with the matrix.

Let me explain.

so aliens, robots, whatever those crazy things were basically were using humans as eveready batteries to power their machines.

Okay.

They could have just left us that way. I mean, you grow up with no education, no experience, nothing but being hooked up to a + and - getting your life sucked out of you.

Honestly, how would you know any better?

but then they chose for some unknown reason to create a computerized fantasy that led us to believe that we all have free will and live this "real" life, etc.

why would they go through that trouble?

I mean, did that some how make them feel better about themselves?

Anyway, I digress.

Now given the programming in the matrix, why on earth would they choose to put in the old "bad things happen to good people"? if they controlled it all, what would be the purpose?

I would think that it would be far easier to have a land were everything ran correctly with no problems, that that would be infinitely easier for their IT dept.

Okay, here is my point (I know you were all waiting with baited breath)

suppose we are in a matrix, suppose we are nothing but dihards hooked up to a giant bunny rabbit, why in gods name would they give us someone like g.w.moron*?

do they just like fucking with us?

or as I believe is the issue, we are the victims of a really elaborate computer virus.

I can't explain it any other way.

It seems that every time someone finally figures out the moron* he comes up with another reason why he* invaded iraq or some other justifications for his actions or yet another odd explanations as to why he* hasn't fired anyone.

this virus is really clever and constantly changes to fit it's new surroundings.

If I ever see that friggin' movie the matrix ever again, I'm going to scream out, "take the fucking blue pill you idiot!!".

(I only write about timely things...LOL want to see my cool new mood ring?)

1. Did you actually watch the film?
They tried the perfect world first of all, and it didn't work.

The fact is that George Bush is nobody's fault but ours. Okay, not mine. I don't vote in U.S. elections. But the fact is that he got elected. Twice. And yes, I know he got in through fraud, but frankly with the quality of his candidacy it shouldn't even have been close. It should have been 60-40, or even 70-30 - especially against Gore. It certainly shouldn't have been close enough for it to come down to a recount in Florida.
