I was home with a really bad migraine, so she slept with me all day, and tonight she cannot not be in the arms of one of us. I don't know what is wrong with her. She's spoiled rotten which is the first theory, but there's something else. Health wise, she's back to herself, better than ever actually, but she's been spooked by something. Duckie

the migraine:hug: . I hope you are feeling better. And sorry that Prudence is such a cling-on right now.
I will hopefully be adopting a little dog in the next couple of weeks - it is a rat terrier that was abandoned during hurricane Katrina and has yet to find a permanent home. She has been in rescue for almost 6 months now, but since we are on vacation the last week in August, I asked if they could hold her for me until I get back. I've never owned a lap dog, so I am curious to see what happens with this one.
I am glad Prudence has recovered healthwise. I'm sure that was a big scare for you. :hi:

"We prayed during our family devotions. Talitha (11 years old) and Noel and I prayed earnestly for the families affected by the calamity and for the others in our city. Talitha prayed “Please don’t let anyone blame God for this but give thanks that they were saved.” When I sat on her bed and tucked her in and blessed her and sang over her a few minutes ago, I said, “You know, Talitha, that was a good prayer, because when people ‘blame’ God for something, they are angry with him, and they are saying that he has done something wrong. That’s what “blame” means: accuse somebody of wrongdoing. But you and I know that God did not do anything wrong. God always does what is wise. And you and I know that God could have held up that bridge with one hand.” Talitha said, “With his pinky.” “Yes,” I said, “with his pinky. Which means that God had a purpose for not holding up that bridge, knowing all that would happen, and he is infinitely wise in all that he wills.”
Talitha said, “Maybe he let it fall because he wanted all the people of Minneapolis to fear him.” “Yes, Talitha,” I said, “I am sure that is one of the reasons God let the bridge fall.” "
So I'm guessing the "fundie" rating is most desired on this site? These folks certainly do put the undies in fundies.
On edit: Oh...I get it now. This website is a compilation of fundie nonsense from various sources.
