Hang in there, I've seen a few of your previous posts and I get a sense as to what's going on... the toughest part is getting stronger while still having this person in your life, which is holding you back... it's a tough journey, one which I'm on myself and still learning... take things a day at a time, and try not to think about him or worry about what he's doing... you'll do great all by yourself and I hope you find the confidence to be ok with yourself. Some days end up being easier than others, that's for sure.

Just take care of yourself and remember you aren't alone in how you're feeling right now. :hug:

In the meantime, while you are going through the pain, find simple ways to pamper yourself, i.e. take long warm baths (if that feels like being pampered), give yourself permission to have a good cry every day, take yourself to get a manicure, etc. These things will help you feel better about you, regardless of what he is doing.
