Do hurricanes ALWAYS 'churn'? |

It seems so according to the teevy. "Hurricane Dean is CHURNING into the gulf." Don't they ever glide, or slide, or even just 'move'?
I hear 'churning' and I think of butter and then I think of Paula Deen. :-)
