This Is Totally Unfair Of Me... |

... but I'm allowing my un-decidedness to be negatively influenced by the zealot supporters of certain candidates. I know that's wrong and I'm doing myself and the candidates a DISSERVICE.
I should probably spend more time at the candidate web sites instead of the GD2004 forum. (I kind of wish I had voted for the "Positive Only" alternate forum now. Sigh.)

although I'm leaning toward Kerry or Clark, and I know what you mean. I used to lean toward Dean, but I'm not so sure anymore. But anything can happen!

2. I've done that with this campaign, with musical acts and other things. |
|
Usually to my detriment. I'm REALLY trying to be open-minded and shut out all the unnecessary clutter. I avoid GD2004 like the plague. That place isn't going to help me forumlate my plans for whom to cast my vote.

4. True, though I find that reading some of the things........ |

that people say about various candidates gets me thinking down avenues that I may not have dicovered on my own.

5. I hear you. La Rouche supporters are downright nasty |
|
I read the posted articles and mostly disregard the oneline posts. If someone has an article rebutting the facts, I read that too and just ignore the posts themselves.
I could easily support Kerry, Clark, Kucinich, Edwards and Dean. I have my concerns about each of them, but NONE of them concern me as much as 4 more years of armageddon man.

www.vote-smart.org
It is a nonpartisan/nonprofit group founded by Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford, that provids straight forward info on candidates.
You can find out their voting record, what ratings various advocacy groups give them, etc.
I have always found it to be an invaluable resource.
If I voted solely based on the attitude of certain supporters/posters here, I'd be voting third party. :)

So what are you gonna do?
First you say you do And then you don't And then you say you will And then you won't You're undecided now So what are you gonna do? Now you want to play And then it's no And when you say you'll stay That's when you go You're undecided now So what are you gonna do? I've been sitting on a fence And it doesn't make much sense 'Cause you keep me in suspense And you know it Then you promise to return When you don't I really burn Well, I guess I'll never learn And I show it If you've got a heart And if you're kind Then don't keep us apart Make up your mind You're undecided now So what are you gonna do?
