So the triplets' father cooked for Brangelina Thursday night.... |
|
He is the executive chef at one of Chicago's "Viagra Triangle" restaurants...not saying which one.
Brangelina came in late Thursday for dinner. They asked to meet the chef, so he went over and talked to them.
His reaction? "Meh".

1. I'm glad they cared enough about the food |
|
to meet its creator.
BTW, I didn't learn the term 'Viagra Triangle' for the Rush St. area until after I'd moved away!

He said that she is beautiful and that he is short.
And he HATES the term "Viagra Triangle". But loves the job.

4. Expense account steakhouses and Italian restaurants in a rather limited area.... |
|
in a very trendy neighborhood. The kind of place to go to see the glitterati, mingle with them and be seen.

5. The "Viagra Triangle" is an area on the near North Side of Chicago |
|
bounded by Rush St., Division and ..... Clark? Anyhow, it's been a notorious party zone for decades, with a high density of singles bars and clubs. With the advent of Viagra there arrived a flock of middle-aged men eager to impress their renewed vigor on the womens. Or so the local lore goes.

Interesting.
I was just in Chicago a couple of weeks ago. This NC girl loves Chicago. I've been half a dozen times or so.
Thanks for the definition. :hi:

7. How sad that they enjoyed the meal enough to give thanks to the chef |
|
and he was shallow enough to pass a rude judgment.
Just proves the old saying, "No good deed goes unpunished".
Hopefully they wont be back to the restaurant.

10. Ah. I thought you meant he said, "Meh" because he did not care for them |
|
I'm now understanding that he said, "Meh" because he's met a lot of celebs so WHATEVER.

11. His absolute favorite is Anna Davlantes.... |
|
who is a weekend anchor for the local NBC affiliate. He says that she is one of the nicest people he has ever met, and is a graduate of Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism...as I am. They also share the same ethnic heritage.
And she is absolutely gorgeous.
