Why is that fool Flavor Flav pre-empting the Daily Show?

It is 11:23 p.m. Pacific and it is time for the Daily Show and the Colbert Report to be on Comedy Central.

Why is that fool Flavor Flav on my television, instead of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert?
