question about donor status here on the DU

I was talking to a friend last night about this site and am planning to send her links to the home page and computer group. Does anyone know where I can find info on what you can and can't do as a non-donor? I know there is some limitation on searching, but not sure about the subgroups and whatever else.

1. Non-donors cannot post polls, use the search functions, or post in DU Groups.

They can read the groups, iirc, just can't post. By "groups" I mean the actual specified DU Groups, not subforums such as Religion/Theology, Women's Rights, etc. The "Groups" all have "Group" in the name, i.e. Feminism Group, Writing Group, Music Appreciation Group, etc.

Also, only donors can upload custom avatars.

There's a bit more, I think, but those are the major things.
