Help - name a site where I can check prices for which neighborhood homes sold |
|
I know there's something with a rather catchy name, but it escapes me at the moment. Thanks!

the county real estate auditor/real estate tax page. Every county, if they're online, seems to use different software so they may or may not have it. Our county added a link strictly for sales of homes. Also if it's a particular address you're looking for, you may be able to pull it up by address at the site(real estate tax site) and the most recent sale may be listed.

4. zillow.com or housefront.com |

will give you the estimated market value. You might also go to the tax assessor's page and get the assessed value and then go to pulaski.net and get the multiplier.
Multiply the assessed value by the multiplier to get the approximate market value.
