What is the point of this???

You know, you click on a link to a website, the domain name is expired so there's a placeholder page with all this random stuff...who comes up with this stuff? For example,

Click on this: http://whiteowlfarm.org/

Alright, you get a nice picture of a smiling girl who's obviously thrilled that you visited this page, but what does she have to do with any of the keywords and links, which have little to do with each other? Does anyone seriously pull any useful information out of this, or is it just a random smattering of nothing?
