...that allows people to vote (positively or negatively) for other websites, based on how popular/relevant/funny/whatever they are. Website owners can participate in Digg by putting a digg.com icon on their site. People can click on the icon to recommend (or register their disapproval) of the site's content.
If you visit Digg.com, you'll see all sorts of sites, articles, videos and other content that people have recommended.
