I'm almost ready to go outside and run another 3 miles...

I HATE THIS. 11 more days before I see the doc.

4. I Know The Feeling
My MS often gives me the sensation of bugs crawling all over my legs.

5. I have this too, although mine is usually mild.
I've found that diet makes a big difference in my symptoms. Namely, I have cut all HFCS out of my diet, and also have started really watching my carb to protein ratios, and this seemed to help a lot. I started doing this because I read online someplace that some doctors think there is a connection between RLS and spiking/crashing blood sugar levels - apparently a lot of hypoglycemics (which I am) also have RLS.

Dunno. It's worth a try. It seems to help me.

7. Oh, honey, that is AWFUL!
I have RLS too.

I have not gone on medications for it, yet. But I am close to breaking down, because it has started to migrate into my arms, as well. Not fun.
