2. Very true and very bizarre KFC story...
This story was related to me by a guy I know that drives a correctional facilities bus.

One of the "inmates" that he drove was nicknamed KFC. His real first name is Kenny.

Anyway, one day, my friend is eating at a KFC when he asks his supervisor why Kenny is called KFC.

"well", the supervisor says, "that is quite a story", as he then takes a gigantic bite out of his extra crispy chicken.

My friend follows along, he too munches on his extra crispy chicken.

The supervisor goes on to explain, "you see, kenny is a troubled kid with a host of problems," he pauses and takes yet another bite out of his roasted fowl and goes on, "he lived on a farm that raised chickens".

My friend at this point, very hungry because it's lunch, also now takes a huge bite from his chicken, nods.

The supervisor continues, "well one day, his father noticed that many of the chickens were being found dead. He questioned his son Kenny. Unable to contain his guilt Kenny confessed to having relations with the chickens".

My friend paused mid bite of his extra extra succulent tender chicken part, he put down his formally feathered friend and says, "relations?"

"that is correct my friend, relations", the supervisor took another man sized bite of the drum stick.

"So KFC stands for..." my friend inquired.

"Kenny fucks chickens"....the supervisor just let it hang there while he continued to dig into his tasty meal of KFC.

4. That's harder to fathom
than the process which created the Rottweiler/Cavalier mix in my dog's obedience class. (Honest, that's what the owners say he is. How the hell...?)

3. As a veg*n, I can't join in, but
I do want to welcome you to DU! :hi:

Are you a corn farmer? Corn and beans have been the sources of my income for most of my career, albeit slightly indirectly. Here's an interesting corn fact...I just bought cat litter made from corn, and my cat who has never liked using the litter box, uses this!!

Welcome, fellow Iowan (I'm currently an expat)!
