We ALL have said, "screw you guys, I'm going home" at one time or another. Rage fatigue and freeperism runs rampant on a near daily basis.

then for some reason I always come back the next day. Damn this site.

3. I did one time

I was having a hard time with 4 or 5 posters who were fucking with me and I just said to hell with it. I was gone for about 6 months. Then I started thinking how silly it was that I was letting a few people out of about 100,000 get the better of me and I came back. At least 2 of those posters are now banned and I haven't seen the others around.

It's not in my nature to fight and I have come to realize that there are some people on here whose only purpose here is to stir up shit. I've learned to avoid that kind of thing.

There've been a couple times when I just haven't been around for a few weeks or more, but that's been because of being too busy. I've never gotten so pissed at DU that I've stopped coming. Nothing I've ever read on this site has made me that mad. I suppose that's because, unless something's posted by the administrators, posts don't have the imprimatur of the site. So, anything you read can pretty much be dismissed as a lone asshole screaming on the Internet -- and, really, isn't that what the Internet is all about?

for awhile, but I've never announced it. I've never thought to myself that I was never coming back either. I know myself too well. :D
