4. Anthony Kennedy, the infamous Supreme Court "swing vote".
He's the reason B*sh is pResident and not Gore (although Sandra Day O'Connor is stained with the guilt, as well), and has fallen to the right of a lot of issues that should have been a progressive slam-dunk. He's actually worse than the extremists Roberts, Scalia, Alito and Thomas. We KNOW they're hard-right reactionaries and don't expect them to hand down decisions based on anything but gutter ideology. But Kennedy should know better. But he hasn't got the guts to rule in favor of the people.
