10. Kristen Chenoweth. (Small, buxom Broadway singer/actress with an incredible voice.)

9. Shirley Henderson. (A striking Irish character actress. Roles include Yum-Yum in "Topsy Turvy," and Gail in "Trainspotting," but you'd probably best know her as Moaning Myrtle from the Harry Potter series. She has this high, purring voice that sounds exactly like a cat, if a cat could talk. That plus an accent--how can you miss?)

8. Segolene Royal. (French politician, ran for the Presidency and lost this year. What a stately, swan-like beauty....)

7. Stephanie Herseth. (Democratic Congresswoman from South Dakota. Roll Call voted her the hottest babe in congress, and it's easy to see why.)

6. Melissa Theuriau. (French Newscaster. It's clear I have a thing for voices and accents, but this one I could almost watch with the sound off and still enjoy. See for yourself!)

5-3. Amy Phoehler, Samantha Bee, Amy Sedaris. (Three comediennes, respectively from SNL, Daily Show, and Strangers With Candy. There's something endearing about women who can make you laugh, especially when they seem so quick to sacrifice their dignity to do so.)

2. Jane Lynch. (Actress, part of the Christopher Guest repertory. I've always been a big fan of Jane Lynch. Every time I see her in a guest starring role on TV, I say "Oh, HEY!" I remember in "Best In Show", she played a lesbian described on-screen as "mannish". All I could think was "Huh? She's HOT!"

And Mrs. Incredible? Don't get me started...They really gave her a classy suburban sexiness there. And with Holly Hunter's sweet Southern purr, oh MY! :loveya:
