Some real oddities in there. Not just obscure languages, but even some extinct languages, and some beyond categorization.

Stateless European languages: Basque, Breton, Catalan, Corsican, Frisian, Galician, Occitan, Rhaeto-Romance, Welsh

Artificial languages: Esperanto (of course), Interlingua, Volapuk :wow:

Dead: Latin, Sanskrit

Uncategorizable: Elmer Fudd, Hacker, Klingon, Lolcat, Borkborkbork, Pig Latin

Missing: Gullah, Tuvan, Tocharian B
