Is there any word a woman can say to you that can hurt you? Well, besides "goodbye"- that's a tough one. I can't think of any word that any minority member can call me, as a white male, that could really hurt my feelings. If someone I loved called me one of those words it would not be the word itself that hurt me. It would be that that person's feelings about me have changed. There is no word that someone can call me that reminds of my oppressed history because it doesn't exist.
