Fuck that. I have been told I am "special" practically all my life. I love the way Hallmark puts it on their foolish greeting cards....as in, "You are a special step-mother." Or, how about Special Ed? Or, Special Olympics?

Why couldn't I be labeled intelligent, gifted, talented, beautiful, or even funny. I'll take funny - over special - any day.

If you are lacking adjectives, please don't use the word special...ok?
