3. You have the best collection of smileys.
:)

Raw onions are the best part of any salad, and and onions are almost mandatory in most cooked food.

I feel bad for people who say they don't like onions. Oh, the food they are missing.

11. I'm always happy to share 'em.
I've lost a few smilies when the original site changes something if it isn't also saved in my photobucket.

Would you like me to pick something up for you on tomorrows drive to Florida? I think I'll be back in New York around the 20th.

6. I'm getting through the day pretty well.
Edited on Fri Nov-02-07 12:54 PM by ThomCat
A couple of people are getting a kick out of it when I can't sit down during meetings. I have to be careful where I sit down because my back can't take a lot of these office chairs. So I've leaned against the wall through 2 meetings today. :P

I hope you're having an entertaining day too. :hi:

8. Vidalia onions quartered & baked with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper!
Yum! Can you get Vidalias where you are? They are from Georgia and are so sweet you can eat them raw! Vidalia Ninon relish and Vidalia onion dressing are yummy too!

:)

Oh yes, we definitely get vidalias up here. :9

Though some neighborhood markets will label onions as Vidalias that aren't. x(

10. Vidalias can only come from a certain region of Georgia.
Edited on Fri Nov-02-07 02:05 PM by CottonBear
There are other sweet onions grown in the US but as a Georgian I'm partial to the Vidalias.

A homegrown tomato/Vidalia sandwich with mayo is to die for on a hot summer day here in Georgia!
(Of course sweet iced tea with lemon is the perfect drink to go with that!)
:) :hi:

16. I like them too.
My SO got me a can of those for my green bean casserole but I ate them out of the can....so irrestible. I like the carmelized too on pizza or straight out of the pan kinda crispy. Those Maui onions are the best.
